When you’re trying to pursue what matters most in life, you want to rid your life of unnecessary work. 

Sometimes our to-do lists can seem overwhelming because we’ve listed tasks that are really multi-step projects. When we learn how to break down those projects into manageable steps or tasks, it relieves the stress and helps us to work through them more efficiently.
